This seminar will not only outline the proposed amendments of the legal framework regarding working hours and overtime currently under discussion but also explain other recent topics in labor law which companies should be aware of.

Topics will inter alia include:

- New and draft legislation (overtime restrictions, equal pay for equal work, childcare leave, white collar exemptions)

- Publication of "black"-listed employers

- Modern working models (Home Office, Bring-Your-Own-Device, etc.)

- Data protection in context of HR

This speakers will focus on the practical implications for companies in Japan and how companies can prepare for it.
