On May 18, the German Asparagus Dinner Tokyo was held at Palace Hotel Tokyo. The beautifully decorated tables in the big banquet room with the impressive view over night-time Tokyo invited the around 400 guests to enjoy networking over wine and asparagus.
Besides creative culinary delights (salmon confit with asparagus salad, deep fried asparagus rolls together with cream of asparagus soup) one could enjoy a glass or two of the red and white wines provided by Klumpp winery. After the delicious main course, an asparagus platter combined with tenderly cooked beef, smoked farmer’s ham and parsley potatoes, the trio TSUKEMEN created an almost magical atmosphere with their interpretation of classical and modern songs on violins and piano.
The last highlight of this evening was the raffle: 38 prices were handed over to the lucky winners, thanks to our sponsors. A
