プロに学ぶ１on１コーチングのコツと落とし穴

先が読めない時代といわれている昨今、不安を抱えて手探りで答えを探しながら過ごしている方は少なくないのではないでしょうか。多様な価値観が認められていく一方、これまで日本で良しとされてきた「察する・汲み取る」の価値観は通用しなくなってきています。また、絶対的な正解の無い現代において、リーダーだけで状況が変えられるわけではもはやありません。上下関係に囚われず、分からないことは尋ねる。自分の労働環境を整えるために要望を出す。そして、お互いが成長するためにフィードバックしあう。お互いの内面を出し合う深い「対話」が求められ、そのためには一緒に探求できる仲間の存在が必要不可欠です。

そうした時代背景を踏まえ、現在、企業による1on1コーチングへの関心が非常に高まっています。今回の講演では、1on1コーチングだけにとどまらず、日ごろのコミュニケーションや対話で活かせるスキルから、人と人が関わるという本質にも迫ります。また、簡単なエクササイズを通してコミュニケーションを体験的に学ぶ機会も提供します。
