Impex Chemicals Ltd. was founded by Heinrich Brueggemann and his son Albert Brueggemann in 1951. In 1952 a German trading company, Kenshin Yoko, merged with Impex Chamicals Ltd. to form Impex Chemicals (Kenshin Yoko) Ltd.
