2nd German-Japanese Leadership Dialogue

Following the highly successful inaugural event in 2025, we are pleased to announce the 2nd German–Japanese Leadership Dialogue, taking place on 23 November 2026. Building on the strong momentum of last year’s discussions, the Dialogue will once again bring together senior leaders, experts, and decision-makers from Germany and Japan to exchange perspectives on key geopolitical and economic developments.

Under the theme “Building Resilient Partnerships in a Time of Global Disruption”, this year’s Dialogue will focus on two critical areas of cooperation: security and defense collaboration as well as economic security, critical raw materials, and resilient supply chains.

The event is jointly organized by AHK Japan (German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan) and the OAV – German Asia-Pacific Business Association and supported by Deutsche Bank AG.
