Demographic change is fundamentally reshaping the global business landscape. In mature economies, the shrinking pool of younger talent and rising life expectancy mean that the "Silver Workforce" is no longer just a demographic statistic, it is becoming a vital asset for corporate stability and sustainable growth. The AHK invites you to a dedicated Best Practice Roundtable: "The Silver Economy Workforce – Re-skilling Strategies for an Aging Society."

This session moves beyond theoretical discussion to focus on concrete reality. We will present and analyze actual best practices from companies that have successfully integrated, retained, and empowered older employees. The goal is to provide a candid look at what works and what doesn’t. By examining real-world case studies, we will identify the specific strategies that lead to success and the common pitfalls that businesses must avoid.

Join us to evaluate proven approaches, exchange insights with industry peers, and take home actionable strategies for future-proofing your workforce.
