本セミナーでは、テレビマンユニオンのディレクターの鬼頭明氏をお迎えし、なぜ日本のエンジニアたちがこうした挑戦に熱狂するのか、また、その過程で企業や組織の中にどのような変化が生まれるのかについてご紹介いただきます。
鬼頭が総合演出をしている日本のNHK番組「魔改造の夜」は、大企業や研究機関のエンジニアたちが、日常ではあり得ない“極端な課題”に本気で挑戦することで、技術力だけでなく、チーム力や創造性、エンジニアとしての情熱を引き出すユニークなプロジェクトとして注目を集めています。
