転職や転居、人との関係の新たな構築や変化、体調の変化など、人生には変化と共に大きな決断に迫られる場面が多々あります。その際に、自分が何が好きで、何をしていきたいかという自分軸をブレさせることなく下した決断であれば、それがどのような結果をもたらそうとも、受け入れ、自分らしい人生を歩むことができます。
第一回の「働く女性のキャリア・ライフデザインを考える」、第二回の「キャリアの多様性とモチベーションマネジメント～なぜ私はマネージャー昇格に躊躇するのか」に続く第三回では、どうしたらブレない自分でいられるかを、「公私混同」というキーワードから考えます。日々のストレスをエネルギーに変える「公私混同」的思考術を身に着けませんか。
今回もファシリテーターにはSteinbach & Partnerのマネージングパートナーそしてコーチングのプロフェッショナルでいらっしゃる高木典子様をお迎えします。
