Since joining Schaeffler in 2017, he has established logistics operations for a greenfield plant in Vietnam and has led regional supply chain initiatives across Asia Pacific, with expertise in greenfield factory projects, lean manufacturing, supply chain management, and logistics network analysis and execution.

Oliver Scheel is Head of Industrial & Automotive at 4flow consulting APAC with over a decade of supply chain and logistics consulting experience.
