The Japanese NHK TV program "Makaizo no Yoru" (Nights of Extreme Modification) has captivated audiences by showcasing how engineers from major companies and Engineering institutes＆Universities enthusiastically take on outrageous challenges.These experiences not only test technical skills but also ignite creativity, strengthen teams, and spark a deep passion for engineering.
For this seminar, we are honored to welcome Mr. Akira Kito, the chief director of the show, who will shed light on why Japanese engineers are drawn to these extreme challenges and what transformations take place within organizations during these bold endeavors. We will also host a discussion to explore the exciting possibility of launching a "German Edition" of such engineering challenges in collaboration with German companies.
