「自分らしいコミュニケーションを知る、磨く」
在日ドイツ商工会議所では、リーダーシップに欠かせない「コミュニケーション力」をテーマに、全3回のワークショップシリーズを開催してきました。各回では、「発信力」「傾聴力」「対話力」を取り上げ、コミュニケーションへの理解を深め、実践につなげる機会を提供してきました。
このたび、参加者の皆様から寄せられたご好評の声にお応えし、ボーナスセッションとして第4回を開催いたします。今回のテーマは、シリーズの集大成ともいえる「コミュニケーション力」です。
コミュニケーションは、自分らしさが表れる自己表現の一つです。そして同時に、目的や相手に応じて、意識的に工夫し、磨いていくことのできるスキルでもあります。

- 自分の考えや強みを、うまく言葉にできない
- 本当に伝えたい想いが、相手にうまく伝わらない

本セッションでは、こうした悩みや課題を手がかりに、自分らしさを活かしながら、相手により効果的に伝えるためのコミュニケーションについて考え、実践します。
ファシリテーターを務めるのは、Steinbach & Partnerのマネージングパートナーであり、数多くの企業リーダーを支援してきたコーチングのプロフェッショナル、高木典子様です。
