Join the second edition of our new Diversity Working Group on the topic of “Gender Diversity in Management Positions” at the premises of AHK Japan. Through the course of 2023 we are trying to 1) distil job requirements female talents and young leaders would need to accept advancement into management or other high ranking leading positions and 2) mirror those requirements in separate session with the struggles and challenges of C-Level executives in promoting female talents.
This second episode will be held in English and discuss requirements female talents are looking for in order accept promotions and advancement into management roles. Our target group for this session are English-speaking middle managers and young leaders across all industries, genders, nationalities, and backgrounds.
This episode will focus on gender diversity and what working environment it needs for female talents and young leaders to proceed into management positions. For this we will listen to input from our chairwomen Dr. Carolina Kawakubo from Henkel Japan and look at a case study about and personal experience on the ups and downs of achieving a (gender) diverse workforce by Yu-Tien Tseng from Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation.
