AI has the potential to revolutionize established HR practices and the way companies attract and manage talent. From recruiting to performance assessment, the impact of AI-powered tools will increase in the coming years. While these tools are set to become a powerful resource for HR leaders, this shift comes with a variety of challenges.
In this working group discussion, we will gather different perspectives on the AI revolution in HR. Participants are encouraged to openly share their insights, experiences, and best practices, with a particular emphasis on the unique context of Japan.
Subsequently, we will also provide a concise follow-up on the (new) regulation of mandatory alcohol tests for company drivers that had been discussed in our past session. Member companies with experiences and information to share or present are most welcome to reach out.
Join us for a fruitful exchange and we are looking forward to welcoming you at our AHK Japan HR Working Group!
