Join our workshop “Integrated, digital Ecosystems” by our member company Ginkgo Management Consulting! Digital ecosystems not only offer the opportunity to expand core business & realize new business models, but they also open indirect value streams, increase productivity and reduce risks. Companies in all industries placing their bet on entering existing ecosystems and build up new ones to grow and gain competitive advantage. Data spaces and ecosystems will become the biggest driver of revenue growth in economically difficult times as they foster transparency and reduce uncertainty.

In this face-to-face group workshop, Ginkgo Management Consulting will provide insights into ecosystems and how they can be realized at the example of the automotive sector. Within the interactive part of the workshop participants will analyze and understand the ecosystem strategy of global players and will be enabled to benchmark their own company and evaluate its API & Ecosystem readiness & resilience.

As part of the workshop our guest speaker Dr. Robin Schneider, VP Business Strategy & Innovation at Rakuten Symphony will provide insights into their ecosystem strategy and how it supports their disruption of the telecommunication industry.

After the workshop participants can engage in a dialogue with each other during a networking part with drinks and finger food.
