Booth: East Hall 5, 43-1

Offshore wind power, which can be introduced in large volumes, is expected to expand significantly in Japan, which aims to become carbon neutral by 2050. Germany, which aims to be carbon neutral by 2045, is also planning to expand offshore wind power generation. The further development of the offshore wind sector is essential for both Germany and Japan, not only to address climate change, but also to overcome recent energy security issues.

In order to promote economic exchange between Germany and Japan of the offshore wind sector, the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan (AHK Japan) is organising the "German Wind Booth" at the WIND EXPO, which is included in the World Smart Energy Week. You will find an overview of the participating companies and institutions blow.
