We would like to invite you to our hybrid seminar "Women's Health - Promoting Diversity and Women's Empowerment", organized in cooperation with Miele Japan.
Statistics show that more than 50 percent of female employees face workplace challenges linked to gender-specific health issues. Yet, many companies lack knowledge and awareness on how to support their employees and create an open dialogue about these health-related matters. The seminar will feature Dr. Mihyon Song, gynecologist and expert in women's health, as well as Akiko Tomita, Managing Director of Miele Japan, who will inter alias be discussing existing challenges in the current business environment and share valuable insights as well as best practices.
The seminar aims at fostering a basic understanding of health issues relevant to all employees regardless of position and gender. Dr. Song's presentation will be followed by an open Q&A session. After the event, networking opportunities will be available for onsite participants, along with refreshments. Please note that the event will be held fully in Japanese.
