This working group session will be our "Meet the CEO" session with Mr. Meder, President, and Representative Director at Bosch Corporation Japan, sharing his journey to and in Japan. This Roundtable provides participants with a unique opportunity of listening to and exchanging ideas with Mr. Meder. Slots for this event are limited to 30 participants on a first-come-first-served basis.
We encourage every participant to share their stories, perceptions, and experiences on the topic. The subsequent open Q&A session provides room for further discussion and exchange.
The overall aim is to learn from best practices, share expertise and exchange with fellow members.

About the Young Leaders Forum (YLF)
The YLF was established in March 2016 and is one of five working groups at the AHK Japan. It is a platform for the next generation of the German-Japanese business community (under 45) to network outside of the boundaries of companies and industries.
The YLF meets 3 – 4 times a year at changing locations providing participants with access to interesting topics and speakers. The language of the YLF is English and open to all nationalities. On average around 25 participants (30% Japanese and 70% non-Japanese), attend each session.
