ACTech GmbH

ACTech GmbH is a Freiberg-based firm specializing in rapid prototyping of metal products. With particular expertise in the early stages of design and development on manufacturing, we excel in producing high-precision prototypes of metal components quickly and efficiently. Leveraging advanced technologies such as 3D printing, we provide end-to-end solutions—from design and casting to machining—delivering complex, high-precision parts with short lead times and in small to medium batch sizes (from a single unit to several hundred units). Their capabilities include metal casting and machining using over 300 types of raw materials, including aluminum, iron, steel, and various alloys. We supply prototype parts to manufacturers in more than 40 countries, primarily in Germany, across the EU, the United States, and India. Their clientele spans a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, small marine vessels, railway vehicles, and agricultural equipment. We aim to further deepen our engagement with Japan’s advanced manufacturing sector. In response to the rapidly evolving business environment, we seek to explore the optimal path for future development—including the establishment of medium- to long-term partnerships—through the exchange of information facilitated by interpersonal interaction.
