TEN Co., Ltd. specializes in Japanese language education for foreign professionals and was established based on a corporate training division with 35 years of experience. In addition to developing teachers skilled in business Japanese, we hire language instructors with corporate experience, offering a unique training approach that combines “seasoned instructors” with “business professionals.” We also provide cross-cultural training for Japanese managers and consulting services for executives, gaining the trust of over 100 companies annually. Furthermore, we manage Japanese language projects for government offices and metropolitan agencies. Our application to the Chamber of Commerce is aimed at learning about the needs of German companies and understanding the challenges of language education in immigration policies.
