在日ドイツ商工会議所（AHK Japan）のワーキンググループの一つである「リーダーズ・ラウンドテーブル」の第二回目のご案内です。
本ラウンドテーブルは、共通の課題を抱える企業代表同士が率直に意見を交わし、学び合うことをコンセプトに、日本語で開催いたします。自社での経験や知見を共有しながら相互理解を深め、業界や規模を超えた信頼あるネットワークを構築いただける貴重な機会です。
第2回目には、ケーザー・コンプレッサー株式会社 代表取締役社長であり、在日ドイツ商工会議所理事でもいらっしゃる河合仁様をスピーカーとしてお迎えし、工場の重要なインフラであるコンプレッサを切り口に、ドイツ発の先進技術とビジネスモデルがいかに日本市場で競争優位を築くかについてご講演いただきます。
さらに、日本市場特有のニーズや課題（価格重視の傾向やシステム全体最適の不足など）を踏まえ、それに対応するプロセスイノベーションや新たなサービス型ビジネス（従量課金モデル等）についても具体的に解説いただきます。実際の導入事例も交えながら、エネルギーコスト削減と持続可能性向上を両立するための実践的なアプローチをご紹介します。
