当シンポジウムでは、各カテゴリーで売り上げトップクラスの食品メーカーをドイツからお招きし、ドイツ食品産業の最新トレンドと商品をご紹介いたします。ドイツのメーカーと、日本の販売代理店やスーパーマーケットを繋ぎ、商品プレゼンテーションや意見交換、試食などを行います。
