Weingut Paul Clauss Our winery is located in the Württemberg wine-growing region in the south of Germany in Ostfildern near Stuttgart. Here we cultivate 14 hectares of vines according to Bioland (organic) guidelines. We grow Riesling on around half of the area, as well as Pinot Noir, Muscat-Trollinger (also known as Muscat de Hamburg), Trollinger, Lemberger, Pinot Gris and some fungus-resistant varieties. Since 2019, we have been growing more vines in new, cooler vineyards in response to climate change.
