Please note that due to Christmas and New Year's holidays the AHK Japan will be closed from December 23, 2023 to January 3, 2024. We will be back in office from January 4, 2024. We ask you for your understanding and wish you a merry Christmas and a happy New Year.

The applicant, if accepted as a member, agrees to be bound by the by-laws of the AHK Japan. It is understood and accepted that the annual membership fees shall be paid upon receipt of an invoice from the AHK Japan. According to the by-laws all memberships will automatically be renewed every year, if no statement of withdrawal is submitted.

Members who wish to withdraw their membership must notify the AHK Japan in writing three months before the end of the calendar year (no later than September 30). Thereupon, the membership will end at the end of December.
