The Gender Equity Collage is an interactive and collaborative workshop that helps participants explore the realities of gender inequality and discover ways to promote fairness and inclusion.
Through collective discussion and reflection, the workshop highlights how gender norms, social expectations, and institutional structures influence opportunities and everyday experiences, and what we can do to build more equitable workplaces and communities.
The workshop begins with a card-based exploration, followed by small-group discussions and a creative reflection on actions for change.
It’s designed for accessibility and openness (no prior knowledge is required) and offers a rich mix of data, storytelling, and collective learning. All sessions are facilitated by certified Gender Equity Collage facilitators.

This session will be facilitated by Ichigo Bloom, a Tokyo-based collective of sustainability workshop facilitators bringing science-based and people-centered education tools to companies, schools, and communities in Japan.
