In today's business environment, companies face rising cost pressures, changing market conditions, and increasing competition. This Negotiation Master Class helps German and Japanese companies strengthen their negotiation skills, apply practical tools and strategies, win new business opportunities, and protect their margins and business relationships.
In this workshop, we will focus on how to:
- Navigate cost inflation and margin pressure
- Manage rising raw material costs
- Address tariffs and duties affecting international trade
- Respond to new challenges in sales and purchasing
- Negotiate more effectively through strategic leverage and stronger framing
The workshop is led by Andreas Hirl, an experienced international business executive with more than 25 years of experience in industrial companies. Having lived and worked in Japan, Germany, the USA, Mexico, and the UK, he brings extensive international expertise and a deep understanding of cultural and business practices across global markets.
