これは、どちらが正しい・間違っているという話ではありません。日本とドイツでは、「どこまで言葉にするか」というコミュニケーションの前提が異なるのです。
本セミナーでは、ドイツ在住通算18年、現地法人の拠点長としてドイツ人チームを率いながら、日本本社との橋渡し役も務めてきた講師が、日独のコミュニケーションにおける「境界線」の違いを、実体験を交えながら解説します。
テーマは、経営論ではなく日常の仕事です。メールの書き方、依頼の仕方、断り方、上司への報告、休暇の伝え方など、ドイツ人と円滑に仕事を進めるための具体的なヒントを、明日から使える形でお持ち帰りいただきます。
さらに、最後の20分では、参加者ご自身が実際に困っている場面を「翻訳シート」を使って整理し、ドイツ人により伝わりやすい表現へと書き換えるワークを行います。
