In today’s unpredictable business environment, many companies struggle with talent shortages, employee engagement, and retention — challenges intensified by rapid digitalization and global uncertainty.
This seminar, presented by Chiaki Kataoka, Organizational Development Consultant and licensed trainer for Insights® Discovery, MBTI®, and Hansen Beck, will explore how leaders can foster intrinsic motivation and strengthen organizational vitality from within.
Chiaki will introduce her proven frameworks — the Holistic Chart and Fitness Check — practical tools that assess the “health” of your organization and identify concrete actions to strengthen leadership, communication, and team effectiveness.
Joined by Mr. Gfeller, Executive Search Specialist, the seminar will also discuss how internal development and external hiring can work hand in hand to build sustainable success.
After the seminar, participants will experience a short, hands-on training session where they can try selected exercises from Chiaki’s development programs, including:

Chiaki Kataoka is a consultant with extensive experience in management up to executive level with more than 25 years of operative assignments in Multi-National-Companies (MNC).
She worked on Human-Resource-Management, Organizational-Development, Marketing & PR before starting her consulting career in 2010.
The combined experience of operative responsibility in her career in the manufacturing industry, together with additional qualifications for HR development tools, make her a highly effective asset for her clients.
Chiaki brings a high analytical capability into projects, which creates the necessary transparency to make the right decisions for the organisation and to suggest and implement solutions. Her recent year’s focus is on organizational development, specializing in leadership, motivation, and behavioral change across Japanese and international companies. She supports clients in building healthy, high-performing organizations where people thrive.
