With the upcoming "German Economic Roundtable" in November, we have the pleasure to host Mr. Yusuke Ozeki, General Manager of the Kobe Branch of the Bank of Japan! Before joining Kobe Branch, Mr. Ozeki was General Manager of the Matsue Branch of the Bank of Japan. Mr. Ozeki will give some insights on the development and outlook of the Japanese economy.
To complement the central bank perspective, Dr. Coletta Frenzel Baudisch, Deputy Head of the Deutsche Bundesbank’s Representative office in Tokyo, will add remarks on the outlook for the German economy. Dr. Frenzel Baudisch joined the Tokyo office in February 2025. Before that, she served as an economist in the Bundesbank’s Public Finances Division in Frankfurt.
