日本とドイツは、産業のデジタル化において中心的な役割を果たすパートナーとして、最先端のイノベーションと国際的な対話を通し社会が直面する2つの転換に取り組んでいます。ひとつは、より持続可能な未来のための、サプライチェーンの強靭性や気候変動などのグローバルな課題です。そしてもう一方は、産業のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを実現し地域経済を強化することです。
当フォーラムの目的は、インダストリー4.0分野における二国間の協力に焦点を当て、企業のデジタル化のプロセスを支援、強化する方法について情報や意見を共有することにあります。
ドイツからは、ドイツ連邦経済・気候保護省をはじめ、デジタルエコシステム、ITセキュリティ、ロボティクス分野の企業や関連団体が訪日し、日本の専門家とともに各分野の課題や今後の展望について講演・議論を行いました。
