テーマ：管理職におけるジェンダー・ダイバーシティ

ダイバーシティ・ワーキンググループについて

この度、在日ドイツ商工会議所のワーキンググループに新たに「ダイバーシティ・ワーキンググループ」が加わりました。このワーキンググループでは、女性管理職が昇進・昇格するために必要な条件について、日本語で解説します。参加対象は、業界、性別、国籍、経歴を問わず、日本語でコミュニケーションが可能な中間管理職や若手リーダーです。

2023年の1年間で、1) 女性人材や若手女性リーダーが管理職や上級職になるために必要な要件を明らかにし、2) その要件と女性人材登用における管理職の苦悩や課題を映し出していきます。

第1回テーマ：管理職におけるジェンダー・ダイバーシティ

今回は、ジェンダー・ダイバーシティに焦点を当て、才能溢れる女性や若い女性リーダーが管理職に昇進するために必要な環境とは何かを考えていきます。

ヘンケルジャパン株式会社の川久保カロリーナ氏からお話を伺い、さらにスタティスタ・ジャパン株式会社の津乗学氏から、日本のジェンダー・ダイバーシティの現状の背景をデータや数字から学びます。
