Status of German Business in Japan and Kansai - A success story of more than 150 years
Jointly with the German Consulate General Osaka-Kobe and the Japanese-German Business Association (DJW) we would like to invite you to our “German Economic Roundtable in Kobe” at Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel. The joint cooperation was initiated in 2017 and we are happy to continue the tradition of providing opportunities for the German-Japanese business community to meet and network in Kansai area.
With each roundtable, we address a topic of mutual interest for both our countries. This time, we will review, provide insights on the current situation and look ahead on the German business presence in Japan and Kansai. German business and government presence has a long and rich history in Kansai and our roundtable will feature historical as well as contemporary facts and figures, anecdotes and experiences from governments, manufacturing and trading companies with long-standing roots in Japan and Kansai.
The roundtable’s speakers will shed light on their personal and business related challenges, history and successes in Japan and Kansai.
