New alcohol-testing regulations for corporate drivers
The discussion will focus and facilitate an exchange on new alcohol-testing regulations for corporate drivers which came into effect in April 2022 and will be tightened in October 2022. From April 2022 onwards the condition of corporate drivers needs to be checked and confirmed (e.g. via video call) and the record kept for one year. From October 2022 onwards the use of an alcohol detector to check the alcohol level of corporate drivers becomes mandatory. These regulations pose new challenges to firms, specifically so during times of increased remote work. Join us for a fruitful exchange!
