My name is Goro Naito, President and Representative Director of Evonik Japan, with over 30 years of international experience across the industries, including leadership roles in Japan, and Germany.
I have built my career on connecting diverse stakeholders, driving transformation, and leading organizations in a global context, and I currently represent Evonik Group in Japan with responsibility for both business operations and strategic positioning within the German-Japanese economic relationship.
With a strong commitment to collaboration, accountability, and tangible impact, I aim to contribute to AHK Japan by strengthening member engagement, promoting new business opportunities, and enhancing the Chamber’s strategic relevance.
