We are happy to join the Swiss Chamber Of Commerce and Industry in Japan (SCCIJ), the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Japan (SpCCJ), and, for the first time, the Austrian Business Council (ABC) for the return of the Joint Chamber Tennis Gathering & BBQ Dinner.
Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Yokohama Country & Athletic Club, this event is the perfect opportunity to invite your colleagues, business partners, friends, or family for a relaxed day on the tennis courts while connecting with professionals from across the European and international business communities in Japan.

Already have plans during part of the day? Participation in the tennis tournament only or the BBQ Dinner only is also possible.
Please note: Tennis racquets cannot be rented at the venue. Participants are kindly requested to bring their own equipment.

– Tennis & BBQ Dinner: JPY 12,000 or 2 SCCIJ Vouchers 2026
– Tennis only: JPY 5,000 or 1 SCCIJ Voucher 2026

• Non-Members:
– Tennis & BBQ Dinner: JPY 16,000

The Fee includes:

Registration Deadline: Thursday 17 September 2026 | Cancellations after the registration deadline or no-shows will be charged in full
Until August 14, registration is prioritized for Chamber members. After this date, seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
