The Automotive Compartments Committee of the European Business Council (EBC) would like to invite you to their Session on Autonomous Driving at TIER IV on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, supported by AHK Japan.

This collaborative event will showcase the work of TIER IV's pioneering team, offering an in-depth exploration of autonomous driving innovations. The session will introduce TIER IV and the Autoware Foundation (AWF), providing insights into their global activities and business lines. Attendees will gain valuable knowledge about commercial vehicle use cases for autonomous driving technology and discover potential partnership opportunities in Europe. The event will also highlight the critical role of AI and machine learning in automotive digitization and autonomous driving.

Following the session, participants are invited to join us for a networking dinner to continue the conversation and build connections.

Speaker

Yutaka Kondo

Software Engineer at TIER IV

Yutaka is a software engineering expert at TIER IV and received his PhD at the Nara Institute of S&C. Before joining TIER IV, he was the Engineering Lead at Kawada Robotics Corp. and the Engineering Manager at Preferred Robotics, focusing on autonomous robotics. He is a member of the ROSCon Executive Committee (Japan), on the ROSCon Program Committee, and a designated NVIDIA Jetson Influencer.
