HLSTAX_header

A strong understanding of the Japanese corporate tax regulations is essential for successful business operations in Japan. Companies meeting the criteria to qualify as small and medium sized entity (SME) under Japanese corporate tax law, may be eligible for several tax incentives. Manjul Agrawal and Atsunori Tsujimura from HLS Global Japan will explain the eligibility criteria and introduce the applicable tax benefits for such companies. In addition, they will give an overview on the New Qualified Invoice System (effective since October 1, 2023) and the Electronic Book Preservation Act (amendments effective since January 1, 2024) and discuss practical issues.

After the presentation, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions in a Q&A Session. The event will conclude with a networking session for participants to mingle and network.

Join us for an insightful seminar for foreign companies already operating or looking to establish a taxable business in Japan.
