On-site event organized by Japanese-German Energy Partnership

In Japan, which aims to become carbon-neutral by 2050, Offshore wind power generation is expected to expand significantly in the coming years. Germany, which aims to be carbon-neutral by 2045, is also planning to expand offshore wind power generation. The further development of the offshore wind sector is essential for both countries to overcome recent energy security issues as well as climate change.

Within this scope, the Japanese-German Energy Partnership will organize a forum and business meetings to promote economic exchange between Germany, with its experience and know-how in the offshore wind power sector, and Japan, with its high technological and market potential.
