Understanding the Japanese TP regulations and managing the tax audits
Join our upcoming Finance Working Group 2024 Volume 2 titled Understanding the Japanese TP regulations and managing the tax audits on November 28 at AHK Japan.
Tax audits have been increasing since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic. Numerous tax audits targeting multinationals have occurred regardless of the company size and intercompany transaction volume. During the session, we will cover the latest Japanese transfer pricing regulations, up-to-date transfer pricing enforcement trends, examples of common points of dispute with the tax authority, and the best practices for managing the tax audits related to transfer pricing.
All participants are most welcome to share their thoughts and questions during the subsequent Q&A session as well as to submit their questions beforehand through the registration form.
Snacks and drinks will be provided during networking.
