Join our seminar "Too many meetings, too much information? How leaders make more time for work that matters" on November 6, 2024 at AHK Japan.

"This meeting could have been an email!” is among the most common complaints. Many of our modern communication methods were designed to improve understanding and raise efficiency. However, in many cases they seem to actually impede the flow of work. Too much information on too many channels all too often overpowers our senses, strains our ability to focus, induces stress and leaves little to no room for innovation and growth.

This seminar aims to present strategies to make more valuable, focused, and productive time. It is open for leaders and managers, as well as for employees.

Mathias Maul, the speaker, would like to emphasize that this is not a product presentation. He says, “I do not have all the answers, but can help you find the right questions.“ Mr Maul also invites participants to send in questions or wishes beforehand to fine-tune the presentation. If you wish to do this, please get in touch at  hi(at)maul.fyi.

Goals of this seminar

  • Understand rational and emotional aspects of internal and external communication
  • Raise understanding in spatially distributed, multicultural and cross-generational teams
  • Streamline communication with a combination of A.I. and E.I. (Emotional Intelligence)
  • Improve recruiting, onboarding and integration of “Gen Z“ / さとり世代 employees
