Thank you for your participation!

On July 3rd, at our annual Talent Challenge student teams from Aoyama Gakuin University, Keio University, Sophia University, and Waseda University took center stage. Nine student teams immersed themselves in a month-long challenge, developing creative solutions to real business problems proposed by our member companies and presenting those on-stage to companies and fellow students. The company representatives provided positive feedback and valuable advice, acknowledging the students' efforts.

Besides the presentations, students and companies had the opportunity to get to know each other over coffee at the companies’ booths in the exhibition area. We were delighted to see companies and students forming connections and ideas for a successful future.

We would like to extend our gratitude to the participating companies and universities without which this event would not have been possible!

About the Event

The talent challenge provides AHK Japan member companies a unique opportunity to get in touch with four of Japan’s finest universities and their students.

At the presentation area,

student groups from Aoyama Gakuin University, Keio University, Sophia University and Waseda University are giving presentations in which these student groups respond to real business problem settings - "Challenges" - given to them in April and May by interested AHK Japan member companies. The students are in their 3rd or 4th year and their areas of studies include Marketing, Informatics, Sustainable Business, Japanese Management, German language, and culture.

In the exhibition area,

all attending member companies have the chance to present themselves at table-booths and network in a private atmosphere. With 100+ soon-to-graduate students attending the event, this talent challenge provides a unique opportunity to connect with students and universities in a more private atmosphere aside from common large-scale job fairs.
