A perspective from a multinational company BASF

Based on a report published by Bank of America in 2021, 30% female representation on boards can increase company net profit by 6% (EY). Diversity and inclusion bring tangible benefits in terms of overall company performance, talent management, customer satisfaction and the benefits stretch further.
At BASF, promoting diversity across all levels is an integral part of the strategy and embedded in the corporate values. BASF has set a target of 30% female in leadership positions by 2030.

Dr. Carola Richter, President Region Asia/Pacific at BASF will share her view and experience on importance and value of gender diversity, as well as the different initiatives from BASF to support the development of female leaders in the region and in particular in Japan.

Lunch will be served at the event.
