Impact of the Supply Chain Law (Lieferkettengesetz, LkSG) on businesses in Japan
The seminar will inform, guide and explain the implications of the Supply Chain Law (Lieferkettengesetz, LkSG) for businesses in Japan (as well as Germany and globally) as passed by German Bundestag on June 11, 2021 and effective step-wise in 2023 and 2024.
LkSG is the first supply chain law within the European Union being implemented in an industrial country. All EU is expected to have a Supply Chain Law which will apply to the 27 EU country members.
If your company is involved in production processes with the EU, this event may help you understand your obligations and implications of LkSG.
Following the keynotes by our speakers, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions in the subsequent Q&A session.
