The impact of COVID-19 on Global Value Chains and the Relocation of Operations from and within the Asia-Pacific Region
About the Event
The results of the study on “Supply Chains under Tension” in the Asia-Pacific region prepared by the Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (SGC) with the support of AHK Japan and other German Chambers have been released. The study has been funded and supported by the Friedrich Ebert Foundation (FES) for regional cooperation in Asia and sheds light on how value chains could shift in response to COVID-19 as companies are re-examining their internationalization strategy and their supply chains. The study builds on a comprehensive survey in which 337 companies across the Asia-Pacific region participated.
To find out more about the results of the study, we hereby would like to invite you to a webinar on 7 September 2021 at 14.30 JST.
We are looking forward to your participation.
