About the Young Leaders Forum

The Young Leaders Forum (YLF) was established in March 2016 and is one of five working groups at the AHK Japan. It is a platform for the next generation of the German-Japanese business community (under 40) to network outside of the boundaries of companies and industries.

The YLF meets 3 - 4 times a year at changing locations providing participants with access to interesting topics and speakers. The language of the YLF is English and open to all nationalities. On average around 25 participants (30% Japanese and 70% non-Japanese), attend each session.
