About the Event
We would like to invite you to join our next Young Leaders Forum on September 14, from 16:00 to 17:00 JST | 09:00-10:00 CEST.
This roundtable’s topic will be “Change Management in Japan” and two speakers with substantive intercultural experience will share their stories, perceptions and experience on the topic. The subsequent break-out sessions and plenum provide room for further discussion and exchange.
The overall aim is to learn from best practices, share expertise and learn from fellow members.

About the Young Leaders Forum
The Young Leaders Forum was established in March 2016 and is one of six working groups at the AHK Japan. It is a platform for the next generation of the German-Japanese business community (under 40) to network outside of the boundaries of companies and industries.
The YLF meets 3 - 4 times a year at changing locations providing participants with access to interesting topics and speakers. The language of the YLF is English and open to all nationalities. On average around 25 participants (30% Japanese and 70% non-Japanese), attend each event.
