Albert Barbe

Partner Manager at Globalization Partners in Japan

He is responsible for solving global expansion inquiries from his client portfolio integrated by venture capital and private equity firms –including their related startups, among other verticals. His daily corporate contractual negotiations take place in Japanese, English, Spanish and French. Before joining Globalization Partners, Albert managed for 15 years the trade credit, surety and financial guarantees underwriting departments of three large insurance companies in Tokyo. In Japan since 1996, Albert is an Attorney at Law, with an MBA in the U.S., a Master’s Degree in Tokyo, a LL.B. in Law and a B.A. in International Relations, both in Spain. His high school studies were completed in France.

Daniel Schwarz

CEO at IT-Deutschland Global Business Solutions K.K.

Daniel is CEO and Founder of ITD-GBS Tokyo founded 2018 in Japan. In his profession he is solving IT and Compliance related problems for foreign and national clients in Japan and Europe. Daniel has 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Security and is passionate about Data Protection and Data Ethics.
Since 2020 he is a guest instructor at Tokyo Institute of Technology's AI-Data Ethics course. In 2021  ITD-GBS Tokyo became part of the Social Change Makers Accelerator program powered by the Nippon Foundation and Impactech with their IoT-Cloud based smart-office solution "Mobyl".
