Why should we pay extra attention to the interpersonal relationships in online meetings?

Remote team members that solely meet and work online sometimes struggle to feel safe, accepted and develop a common ground and sense of team-belonging. This is why remote and virtual teams have a greater need for building interpersonal relationships and maintaining trust amongst each other.

How do we get feedback from team members in a virtual environment?

Online meetings are often putting team members in a passive role and it therefor lowers their response to presentations, ideas and directions. It makes us less talkative and even afraid of asking questions. Learn what to do as a manager in order to get your team to give valuable input and feedback to the subjects that you are discussing.

What is the secret to creating online meetings that are lively and engaging? 

Meetings with your team online will often be perceived to be more monotone, dull and colorless compared to a live meeting.
